Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between you and the company named above. By using the service you accept them. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

What the service is

Access to the software described on this site, as it exists at the time. We add and change features; we will not remove one you depend on without reasonable notice.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping credentials safe. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance, excluding VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. You may change or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and we do not refund part-months.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability and give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. We do not promise an uptime figure we have not measured; if we ever offer one it will be in a separate service level agreement.

Your data and ours

The records you create remain yours. You may export them at any time, and we claim no ownership over them. The software, its design and its content remain ours.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, and for anything the law does not permit us to exclude. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time and export your data first. We may suspend an account being used unlawfully or in a way that endangers the service, and will tell you why.

Changes to these terms

We will give account owners at least 30 days' notice by email of any material change. If you do not accept it you may cancel before it takes effect.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of {law}, and disputes go to the courts competent for our registered office, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
